Hello, my name is Tommye L Armstrong, founder of Whole Armour Enterprise, LLC; an umbrella company for various ventures that I formed in the early 1990’s. I was born the 14th child out of 14 children in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at Earl K. Long Hospital during 1973.  After my Mother and Father separated, my Mother moved us from Clinton to Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1976. I was 3 years old at the time. To make a long story short, I grew up in Baton Rouge and then after graduating from High School, I attended college at USL which is now ULL in Lafayette, Louisiana.  I would like to thank you personally for visiting my web site today and I hope that it inspirer you as it does me.

I always had a passion for building things and the aspiration for entrepreneurship. I mean, every since I was a teenager I always dreamed of having my own business someday. My dream has not been realized yet, but as you can see I am still in pursuit of it. There is nothing like the feeling of empowerment one gets from doing his or her own thing, being self -made, and accomplishing the “America Dream”; whatever that means to anyone today. It is one of my goals to inspire others and expand my horizon beyond the scopes of my present circle. This web site is where I intend to accomplish that.
